I first got in touch with Helen when pregnant with my fourth child, having experienced some birth trauma during my third delivery. Helen was able to provide me with help and guidance to assist with my recovery and then went on to support me to prepare for a positive experience for the birth. I loved her positivity, honesty, helpfulness, calm and practical knowledge in a friendly but professional way.
