A Self-Care Membership for Cyclical Living & Radical Self-Care

Are you a busy woman yearning for deeper self-connection, and a life lived on your own terms? The Untamed Woman is a community exclusively for women. This is a space where you will be supported and guided as you come back to your inner knowing, your yoni shakti (source power), and the cyclical wisdom that nourishes your soul.

This is not another thing to add to your to-do list. The Untamed Woman is about creating space for radical self-care, and connection. It’s a sacred space for you to replenish, restore, and reconnect with your true essence through feminine embodiment practices and sacred self-care rituals.

  • Fortnightly Yoni Shakti Womb Yoga Circle – A sacred online gathering where we will have a group relaxation, a sharing Circle and engage with some gentle practices. This is a space for sacred connection with our Yoni Shakti (source power), and to connect in sisterhood. These will be on the first Tuesday evening of each month at 8pm UK time.

  • New Moon & Full Moon Circles – A guided journaling session and Circle where we work with the energy of each moon phase to know ourselves at a deeper level. These will be facilitated online and on or close to the new and full moon at 8pm UK time.

  • Relaxations & Guided Meditations – Audio recordings of the relaxations and meditations in each session will be sent out for you to use as much as you would like to.

  • Exclusive Discounts & Priority Access – Be the first to book and receive special rates on Helen’s in-person workshops and retreats focused on the sacred feminine.

  • Private WhatsApp Community – A supportive space to share, connect, and be held by a circle of like-minded women

Come join the Circle in September

Our doors open a limited number of times each year (usually 4). This enables me to ensure some stability within the space for other members. There is a waitlist, so spaces are expected to be filled quickly.
