I’m so delighted to be joining the women facilitating The Temple of the Feminine Flame at this year’s Oh Shala Festival!

You will find me in the Temple on Friday evening where I will be offering a womb centred Yoga Nidra to let go of the week before, your journey there and to ground and settle you into the weekend.
